Forging hydraulic press is a pressure processing equipment using hydraulic transmission technology, which can be used to complete various forging and pressure forming processes. The hydraulic transmission system of forging hydraulic press is mainly based on pressure transformation. The system has high pressure, large flow and large power. Therefore, special attention should be paid to improving the power utilization of prime mover and preventing impact and vibration during pressure relief to ensure safety and reliability.
According to the pressing process requirements, the master cylinder of the forging hydraulic press can complete the basic working cycle of rapid downward, deceleration pressing, pressure holding delay, pressure relief return and stop (at any position), and the pressure, speed and pressure holding time shall be adjustable. The ejection hydraulic cylinder is mainly used to eject the workpiece. It is required to realize the actions of ejection, return and stop. For example, when the sheet is stretched, auxiliary actions such as lifting, stopping and pressure return of the ejector hydraulic cylinder are required. Sometimes, blank holder cylinder is needed to compress the blank to prevent peripheral wrinkling. The hydraulic press takes the possible output pressure (tonnage) of the main actuator (master cylinder) in the main movement as the main specification of the hydraulic press, and has been serialized. The tonnage of the jacking cylinder is usually 20% - 50% of the tonnage of the master cylinder. The ejector cylinder of the extruder can be about 10% of the main tonnage. The blank holder tonnage of the double acting stretching hydraulic press is generally about 60% of the stretching cylinder tonnage. The speed of the master cylinder is determined according to the needs of the pressure processing process. Generally, in the hydraulic system directly supplied by the pump, the working stroke speed shall not exceed 50mm / s, the fast forward speed shall not exceed 300mm / s, and the fast backward speed is equal to the fast forward speed.
